Cute As a Button iPod Cozy


This cozy will fit 4th and 5th generation iPod Nanos.

1 ball I Love This Cotton
1 small button
F (3.5 mm) hook
Yarn needle

Ch. 17

1. Sc in first ch, dc in next ch. (Sc in next ch, dc in next ch) across. Ch 1, turn (16 sts).

2. Sc in first st, dc in next st. (Sc in next st, dc in next st) across. Ch 1, turn (16 sts).

3. Repeat row 2 until piece measures 4 ¼ inches from beg. Ch 1, turn.

4. Sl st in first 4 sts, ch 14, sl st in next 4 sts. FO.  **Note: the number of chains can be varied to accommodate different sized buttons.**

Fold the cozy in half to determine button placement, and sew button to the front of the cozy. Stitch the bottom and side together, leaving a small hole in the bottom for headphones, if desired. FO, weave in ends.

Awesome! If it makes it any easier, the foundation chain for this particular pattern should be a multiple of 2. :)
